Chime has launched a new and improved secured credit card. Card has the following features:
- Card earns 1.5% cash back on rotating categories for Chime+ users (groceries, gas, and restaurants)
- Members can choose from free styles in colors like Classic Black or Evergreen, or upgrade to a Titanium finish for $50 plus tax
- No annual fee
As far as secured credit cards go, this is actually pretty good. Anything that actually earns rewards and has no annual fee is a win in the secured card market. Fortunately most readers won’t need a secured card so this is useless for them.
