- Plastiq are currently charging a 2% fee when you use a Mastercard credit card. Standard fee is 2.5% but they do offer promotions as low as 1.75%

- Not all users are seeing the 2% rate, I’m unsure what causes some and not others to be targeted.
Our Verdict
I assume this is a deal they haven’t advertised yet, so I expect full details of the promotion to be out soon. Plastiq can be used to pay your rent/mortgage or other bills with a credit card. 2% will be breakeven or a loss for most people, but might be helpful for those trying to meet minimum spend requirements or a specific spending bonus.
