The Fine Print
Fees
- There is no monthly fee but there is an inactivity fee. Free account plans that log in to their trading solution but do not make any trades in the live trading environment every 30 days will be assessed a fee of $35
- They also charge you for market data, this is an option to choose during sign up and each option has a fee. You can opt out of this market data (very bottom of the screen) but something to be aware of. There is some market data that can be included for free, but if your balance is $0 they will charge $12 so just opt out. If you accidentally signed up for it you can cancel it here.
Our Verdict
If you’re considering this bonus I’d recommend reading the previous bonus that was $100 for $100 deposit and related comments. Looks like the hold period is now 180 days (was 60 days before) so you’ll need to make more trades to keep the account fee free. Additionally seems to be a credit now so not sure if you can withdraw the credit or it can only be applied to fees? Information on closing an account can be found here, but seems easy enough to just zero balance.

dead on arrival.
Their EVP of Growth was literally known as the “Texas Spam King” so this seems to fit right in their playbook.

Same experience, when I did reach someone for support they denied it was sent by them. I submitted a BBB complaint and received an apology. No spam since. You can here: https://www.bbb.org/us/il/chicago/profile/financial-services/ninjatrader-0654-88648744
This ends up being like $230 for 6 months hold accounting for the minimum trades to offset the inactivity fees so doesnt seem that worth
I aborted the past offer due to fees. I get emails from them once a week that are impossible to unsubscribe from. The form doesn’t recognize my email address and support doesn’t reply to my email asking them to remove me.
180 days is crazy long ngl then if you trade the min to offset theinactiviy fees thats like $3.3 x 6 = $20. $250-$20 = $230 over 6 months sheeesh is that worth really
Inactivity fees kills it for me. Also data fees? Smh thinkorswim, tastytrade, robinhood etc don’t have data fees
