  • Limited Time Offer: Citi has increased the signup bonus on their Rewards+ card to 25,000 ThankYou points (previously 20,000). Spend requirement is the same at $1,500.
  • They are also showing a limited time offer to earn 5 total ThankYou Points per $1 spent on hotel and car rentals booked on the Citi Travel portal through June 30, 2024.

Card Details

  • No annual fee
  • Card earns ThankYou points:
    • Earn 2x points on grocery and gas, up to $6,000 per year, then 1x
    • Earn 1x points on everything else
  • Round up feature which rounds up the amount of points earned to the nearest 10.
  • Standard Citi credit card protections: Trip Cancellation/Interruption Protection, Car Rental Insurance, Travel Accident Insurance, Damage & Theft Protection, Extended Warranty, 90 Day Return Protection
  • Bonus ThankYou Points are not available if you have received a new account bonus for a Citi Rewards+ account in the past 48 months.
  • Low intro rate on purchases and balance transfers
  • 3% foreign transaction fee

Our Verdict

The bonus was briefly at 25,000 a couple of years back, and has been holding steady lately at 20,000. Good to see the 25,000 offer back. Check out these Things To Know About Citi Credit Cards before applying. We’ll add this to our list of Best Current Credit Card Signup Bonuses.
