Update 7/9/26: Most people are seeing their credits now, backdated to 6/19 or some other date.

Paze credits from the $10 x 10 deal have started to post for some readers (see what’s still working in this thread). There are some things to note regarding the credits posting:
- Chase
- is processing the credits as a return rather than a credit, meaning they are clawing back base points earned excluding points earned from the 10x promotion Chase changed the terms on that promotion to limit their losses.
- Only Mastercard cards have received the credit so far and only on select purchases/merchants.
- Early Newegg & Dunkin purchases seem to be crediting, but not other sources like Dunkin
Feel free to share your datapoints below, incredible that some credits are already posting given the terms said up to two statement cycles. Hopefully a lot more credits start posting soon.
a couple posted today, but still waiting for ~1/2 of transaction that occurred during the last week.
For Chase, the lag still seems to be 9-10 days depending on batch processing.
Remaining credits for 9/3 Dunkin reloads all posted today on Gateway with a 9/5 backdate.
Labor Day weekend messed up the lag calculation, but if no credits post this week, then we will know for certain that the previous lag no longer applies.
Couldn’t expedite, but it arrived in the nick of time today! Hopefully no issues with the credits.

How long did they take?
Wow, did not know there was a third page for this promotion. Leaving a comment here to bookmark it for myself. So far, all of my Paze transactions for Chase and BoA have been credited. All that’s left is to wait and see what the cutoff is for people who are rushing last-minute transactions.

Apollo You might have better luck with level 2 support. Did they submit a bonus offer inquiry? The reference number should be BOI[4 digits]-[5 digits] or something like that. It seems the normal rep just gave me the 5 digits at the end and nobody could find anything when I called to check. Luckily, the level 2 support rep I got knew about the Paze problem and gave me a full number after submitting another inquiry. Supposedly the first four digits are 2025 for all of them…
Did you have to ask for a specific department? This is the 3rd time I’m calling and they are never able to find the reference numbers they give me lol
Anyone get their missing credits from Sephora who used a Bank of America card? Customer service refused to create a ticket just now even though I’m past my second billing cycle, and they have no timeframe for when it’ll be fixed.

You could say you lost your card. No need to take the EWS hit and it may be faster to get your card. YMMV if it will require you to put the CVV in. My Chase debit did, then after adding some new cards and using paze with them it then stopped asking for CVV. So maybe just need to verify a card and it may remove the CVV requirement on other cards. Damn, just got my missing WF debit card credits. Will try to close account tomorrow and wouldn’t try to open again until maybe 9/4 at the earliest, but I’m guessing I need the CVV to use the card.

I didn’t realize my issues were probably with transactions that occurred earlier, as noted in the followup comments.
Used WF debit 10 times last week and got all 10 credits posted. This was for Clover if that matters.
all 10 of my Sephora purchases on Chase have been codes as “Paze” and accompanied by 11x UR points. Purchases were made across 8/23 and 8/24, will be back to report updates. Same with two BofA customized cash rewards cards

Yeah, Wells Fargo and honestly nothing useful😭. The rep just said she saw that I didn’t get the refund for two transactions and she would forward it to the appropriate team. Let me know though if you’re able to get the credit for it or what they say, I’ll do the same.
Apollo Wells Fargo? What did they say? They are doing an internal inquiry for mine. I’m supposed to get a letter within 10 business days.
Just checked and my purchases during that timeframe are the same. so wonder how it got coded incorrectly, or if they changed something. I called them two weeks ago but haven’t heard anything back about it so I might call sometime this week and ask.
