Update 10/8/26: This is now 15,000 miles with promo code GET15K. Valid until 10/31/26.
Update 8/6/26: New offer for 10,000 miles with code BNS10K. Direct Link (ht FM) Strange that they brought this back (albeit lower than 25k) after clawing back just a few weeks ago
Update 7/10/26: The 25,000 points were clawed back. They did give a bonus 5,000 for the inconvenience.
Update 7/8/26: FM reports a new promo code JOINA7 gets you a better 25,000 miles bonus for joining (same link; offer details not showing at link). This one is valid through 7/31/26. I assume the traveler/$5,000 requirements would still be waived for those with the AAdvantage business card. Many readers are finding themselves able to apply the code and get the 25,000 points even if they opened their AAdvantage account long ago. Excellent deal for those with the AAdvantage business card or who want to sign up for one. (Apply the promo code in Settings (promotional codes > save). You might need to first add/update your phone number to get the promo code to save.)
The Offer
- Register for the AAdvantage Business program and earn 10,000 AAdvantage bonus miles for your company when you enroll with promo code BNS10K by Dec. 31, 2026.
To redeem the miles you need 5 active travelers using the account and $5,000 in eligible spend on flights with American during the calendar year. These requirements are waived for Citi AAdvantage Business cardholders.

Our Verdict
Not too interesting for regular users, but this is a nice promo for someone who anyway plans to signup for the Citi AAdvantage card for the 75k signup bonus – you’ll anyway be earning miles in an AAdvantage business account:
- First, signup for this 10k promo with promo code BNS10K to get the 10k bonus.
- Then, signup for the Citi AAdvantage Business card 75k bonus offer, and link the AAdvantage Business loyalty account to the new card.
You’ll essentially bump the 75k card bonus into an 85k bonus.
Hat tip to VFTW

they are going to slowly bump it back up to 25k just to piss us off
I waited like six weeks then gave up Few weeks later I got the Citi aa biz card and they showed up there 🤷♂️
If you don’t plan on getting the citi card, can you make up 4 other account users and is the $5k annual spend per each user or total? Also, when’s the deadline? End of this year?
It was instant last time, so it’s taking much longer this time around.
anybody get the message “”This AAdvantage® account is not currently linked to a company.” when trying to register by logging into personal AA account?

How long does it take for the points to hit your account?
So you used the promo code for 25K vs 10K and it worked?
I would confirm that. I don’t believe this is the case based on my research. But when booking a flight you can use from both accounts.
It asks for ITIN. Did you get a free ITIN? No one here has commented on how to actually sign up for this.
Yeah, as the business owner you can transfer miles to the personal accounts of your employees (yourself included).
Has anyone with an existing AAdvantage Business account created a new one to get the 10k? I already have an account since I’m a cardholder, and just adding the code to the promo codes section on the settings page doesn’t work.
I just did this last week. Attempted to create a business account first and they needed more documents. I was already planning to apply for the card so I applied the same day. I was automatically given a business account upon approval. I tried to chat to see what to do and they said I needed to call. In the meantime, I went ahead and entered both promo codes into my account settings. I logged in a few days later and the 25k points were there. YMMV.
Per the terms : Register for the AAdvantage Business℠ program and earn 10,000 AAdvantage® bonus miles for your company when you enroll with promo code BNS10K by Dec. 31, 2026. This limited-time offer is valid for new AAdvantage Business℠ accounts after successful registration into the program. Terms apply. For you to be a new biz account you would have to do this offer first if you are approved for the biz card first they will assign you an aa number if you don’t provide one in the application
If I sign up and get the 10k miles then get approved for the Citi aa biz plat for 65k can I then transfer the 75k miles to my personal aa account since I’m the business owner/traveler??
Do you sign up for the business CC first, or sign up for the Business Loyalty Account first? Post suggests creating the account first, but isn’t the biz card one of the requirements of getting the 10k account SUB, which would suggest getting the biz card first?
Lol nah, cant fool me twice!!!
Have you signed up? It asks for ITIN. Did you get a free ITIN? No one here has commented on how to actually sign up for this.
With all the points they stole back, they could afford to run another promo
Did you sign up for the business account with your S S N as your ITIN/EIN?

Did you sign up for the account first through the link? And you put a real TIN because you had one?
Wondering the same. Registering today but not sure which promo code I should use without getting clawed back
Did anyone else get a call from AA today to confirm they got the email about this promo getting clawed back?
Removed it today. We’ll see.
Can I join the AA biz account now and get 25000 with the promo code? I am new to AA but not sure if it’s working now
They said any transfers happened on July 8 9 10 are all reversed.. then they will reverse 25000 so ur original points will stay u can transfer them back after a couple of days
yea, my bad. I spoke too soon, my 5k transfer to personal did end up going through but I had to re-log several times before it showed up in my account.
