This is my primary business/commercial services bank. I would expect heavy zip code restrictions as mentioned in the comments for those who are attempting the sign up. I would also note that most systems are significantly older than major banks so be aware that app/website usage and customer service items may feel different than those of larger regional banks.

Must be highly specific. I’m in the Nashville metro which includes Gallatin and it said I was out of service area.

They are zip code sensitive. Applied from TN but was given this error: “Zip code entered is not in our service area. We are unable to open an account for you at this time.”
