Our Verdict
Better than the 75,000 miles previously offered. Bank of America business cards don’t report to your personal credit report, great for those usesful for staying under 5/24 Chase. We will add this to our best credit card bonuses page. There are also increased offers on the personal card of 85,000 miles or 100,000 miles on the Visa Infinite. Personal Hawaiian (which are Atmos as well) is also 80,000 miles.

I was just approved instantly. I applied for a newer sole prop with limited revenue. I have the card already, having gotten it for a different business (LLC) in March. On just personal cards I am 9/24 and 5/12. Including business cards I’m MUCH higher than that. I do have a bank account with BofA and some investments, but I was honestly shocked they approved me, I applied on a whim because of the elevated offer.

SO LUCKY. P1 and P2 just got auto approved. P1 opened atmos biz August 202 5 and closed it 16 days ago! Real business with real income and EIN. Offer I got in August 2025 was “80k after $5k” (and today I applied to (85k after $5500″). P1 is at 4/24 P2 opened atmos biz in April 202 6 and still has it open. Just a sole proprietorship. Both the April offer and this offer were both 85k after $5500 . P2 is at 1/24. P2 had been denied for this card multiple times in 2025. Funny they’ve now approved P2 for multiple times in 2026! So just to be clear – this is a data point showing approval for a card that had the exact same offer (and in the same year).
Usually ’24-month language’ would refer to successfully getting another CC in that time period, and as a result, having no SUB bonus attached. In this case it’s different, and what’s more, the DPs seem to contradict the language you quoted (thank you)!
There’s no hard rule for approval/denial but most DPs point to 1/12 for personal cards for easier approval

It’s worth it imo because Atmos miles are valuable and who knows when you would be able to get another one of their biz cards.
5/24 is based on opened credit cards, not hard pulls. So hard pulls will not affect it

Hard pulls are normal when you apply for credit cards, even business cards.
Successful DP mixed with other applications. Approved for personal ascent card 9/6, with low credit line despite strong history with BofA. Approved for CSR 9/13 with high credit line, 4/24 chase rule. Then directly applied and approved right after for atmos business 9/13 approved with higher credit line as soleprop. What is that number? Apart from not being approved, i also got notification there has been a HARD pull on my credit report. WTH? I thought this card/BOFA business cards do not report to personal reports. I got screwed….

Here’s what I see in the Terms and Conditions at http://www.atmosbizvisa85k.com/ If I ask, Bank of America will tell me the name and address of any consumer reporting agency that provides a consumer credit report to Bank of America. I understand that if I have existing credit card accounts with Bank of America, Bank of America may utilize the available credit on these existing accounts to approve my new credit card which could include moving credit from an account with a lower interest rate and/or fee structure to a higher interest rate and/or fee structure without increasing my overall credit limit. I also understand that I may be declined for additional credit card accounts if my business entity currently has, or has had, another business card with Bank of America in the preceding 24 month period. Does this not count as 24 month language (real question, not being snarky)? Thanks!
