Our Verdict

We saw a 5-night-certificate signup offer a few months back which a lot of people will prefer. That said, this is a solid offer and does offer some additional flexibility over the prior offer. We’ll add this to our best credit card bonus page.

Not sure if this offer is available via referral links.

Newest-first by default, because “is it still working?” matters most.

Is this confirmed for sure as I thought even product transfering you’d have to wait?

Read the info under credit cards, Before You Apply.i don’t think anyone is going to give you a private tutorial if you don’t put the effort into using what’s easily available.

Warning if you plan to get this for quick points – I met the spend requirement almost instantly. On the day that my large purchase was supposed to clear (the weekday immediately after the transaction date), it was stuck pending for an extra 24 hours. Chase then assigned my statement period to close that day. So when I met the MSR, I now have to wait an entire extra billing period to receive the SUB. Looking at the hotel I was planning to reserve with points, the points per night are shooting way up and I’ll no longer be able to take the trip.

I believe recently getting approved for the AmEx Marriott business card disqualifies someone from this personal Chase Marriott Boundless SUB?

Would it work if you buy delta e-credits?

If you cancel, 30 days. If you product change, you can likely get it again in 5-7 days

Looks like you do not have to wait. If you do not currently have Boundless and got your bonus 24+ months ago – you are eligible for the bonus. I would not downgrade though – I would upgrade to Ritz. Done it – works. Good luck. See https://frequentmiler.com/marriott-card-eligible/

If I have Marriott Boundless today. If I cancel/downgrade, do I have to wait 24 months or 30 days to sign up again? I got the bonus years ago.

Can the airline credit be used for United Travel Bank?

What others said below… it depends on what you want to redeem them for. 5 nights at 50,000 is pretty useless if you don’t have points to top off. If I want to stay 5 nights at the JW Marriott in Costa Rica, 5 free night certificates will do nothing for that unless you have points to top it off and you don’t care that you are wasting the 5th night free benefit.

I’m not seeing this offer on a referral link. Does someone know how to get this offer via a referral link?

You could actually get $150 in airfare credits if you got the card early enough to use one before 6/30, right? 2 this year and 1 next year since it says the deal expires 6/30/27.

Am I reading even if one currently has Brilliant but received the bonus >24mo ago, may still apply to get the bonus?

I agree with this response 100%. Yes, the 5 nights is a solid offer if you’ve got definite plans AND there’s availability. But, I personally would rather take a “hit” on total signup value to instead get more points which I can use when and where I please. And anyone who has gone through the drama and had to argue with Marriott over getting an expiring night extended will know exactly what I mean.

so basically, no chance if you’ve already touched any Amex Marriott card products

CC
CC#2336465

Not if they expire before you can use them in a given year if trip isn’t planned. All depends on your circumstances and hotel staying aka certificate level, etc.

CH
ChurnosaurusRex#2336457

I got the 4 nights free due to an upcoming trip, but this is a nice offer if you don’t have a big hotel redemption opportunity. 125k pts could turn into $1000 for flights (PC to Bonvoy Bold later and PYB flights) or into 70k United miles (25% transfer bonus)

SH
Shri#2336424

Typo in first sentence. It should be “Get 125,000 points”.
