Our Verdict

100,000 matches the best offer we’ve ever seen. Standard offer is 60k and sometimes we’ve seen 75k. We’ll add this to our list of the best credit card bonuses.

It might be worth waiting until to see if referral links get this offer, that way you can help out a friend. Otherwise, find a blogger with affiliate links to support by using their link to sign up (we don’t have affiliate links).

Reminder that you can one Sapphire Preferred bonus per person/lifetime and one Sapphire Reserve bonus per person/lifetime. Sapphire Reserve just went down from 150k to 100k online or 125k in-branch, so might be worth waiting on signing up for that card to see if something better comes another time.

Newest-first by default, because “is it still working?” matters most.

Approved DP: Applied on 7/27 with 6/24 (so over 5/24) and only Experian unfrozen, application pending. Called (800) 493-3319 and was told by an automated system to unfreeze my other credit reports. Unfroze all three reports, called the same number on 7/31 and talked to customer service. Approved the same day, pulled Experian and Equifax. 100k bonus tracker showed up on 8/1. My address is in California. 6/24 history: February 2026 — Bilt Cardless September 2025 — Aven September 2025 — Citi September 2025 — Wescom April 2025 — Citi November 2024 — Fidelity

Down to 75K now even with referral

JA
Jason Oswald#2383738

referral links no longer offer 100,000 (says offer has expired). Only 75,000 points now

Incorrect, I got this popup, then I canceled out, then I got a hard pull on Experian / denial of credit email the next day.

Pop-up shows up after entering SSN, but before submitting the application.

The pop up shows before the application goes through? Seems like the offer is still available.

5/24 counts all issuers, but many business cards are not counted in 5/24. I’m at 5/17 (plus 6 noncounted biz cards)

NI
Nick#2379471

I thought 5/24 was for all cards you opened, not just Chase. Did that change?

MO
Monty#2379126

100k referral links are still active today, and may still be valid into August 2026, so you might be able to sneak an application in once you are at 4/24.

Sure if you like SW. Many programs offer more for people like me who don’t use the points traditionally and cards that get more points on purchases. But yes, UR went from a great program and the best for the average consumer to losing all value except in extreme niche cases with luxury travel.

PB
PB#2378971

3 programs by far better than Chase now…..for you maybe. You claimed UR are worthless. I love my UR! 1:1 to Southwest is the perfect program for me!

this is my last chase card, not because of 5/24 but because i have what i want. yes, 5/24 forces my hand here, but it was a conscious decision to have this be my last chase. I’m going to start branching out to other issuers maybe in 4-5 mos. P2 is under 5/24 so if something crazy becomes available at chase P2 can always go for it. i recognize that velocity is high but i use the cards for (mostly) real purchases and pay in full on time. i think (?) that makes me a good customer

Only the Chase cards matter. You are pushing it with May-June-July. After three Chase cards 1 month apart I would not touch another Chase card for at least 6 months. And maybe don’t ramp up your spend on the CSP too fast. Go easy the first cycle. Looks like the CSP will put you at 5/24 until 2/2027 so thank Chase for protecting you from your own worst impulses.

TE
Terry#2378890

Not the least bit true. I quit putting any spend on Chase cards. There are 3 programs by far better than Chase now.

BE
Bedu🔗#2378873

I’d be worried with that velocity. Including your CSP yesterday, you got 5 cards in 12 months

PB
PB#2378764

This is a salty person about UR to Hyatt deval (most likely). You can ignore.

MI
miki#2378690

URs worthless lol? Compared to what?

MO
Monty#2378676

approved evening of July 29th. SUB tracker is showing up on P1’s account but referral 15k has not arrived for P2 yet.

GA

If not eligible, at least they give you a pop-up, so you know if you are good to go or not.

RO
Rose#2378170

Did you get approved for CSP yesterday?

MO
Monty#2377975

Was approved. Usually for Chase cards I immediately see an Experian pull, like within 15 seconds, but this time I did not immediately see one. Should I re-freeze, or will this cause Chase to retroactively deny the card approval if they try and can’t pull Experian?

BE
Bedu🔗#2376613

No, Chase pulls two at most but you can get away with one frozen depending on your state (for example, chase pulls EX and TU for IL but you can freeze EX and be fine). OP just meant new accounts get reported to all CBs and it affects credit score

JO
Joe#2376594

so does chase nowa days pull from all 3 like capital one? duh?

JO
Joe#2376589

You were able to sneak through because it was over 15 years ago and they may not have the record. I closed CSP last year and dont think I will be able to sneak through. They should have a good data for at least last few years.

MO
Monty#2376384

Does anyone have experience to know if I get a velocity shutdown from Chase if I apply for CSP this week? Currently 4/24, credit score and income not a concern. Chase will see this when they pull my Experian (TU/EQF will be frozen) Jun 2026 — Ink May 2026 — Ink Dec 2025 — Freedom Jul 2025 — Prime Jul 2025 — USBank personal card Feb 2025 — random Credit Union personal card
