Newest-first by default, because “is it still working?” matters most.

Forgive me Ben… I’m a creative so my neuroticism is on the higher side for being male… I have an LLC and when I apply in December, will be at 0/24 for both biz and personal. So there is hope! You really pillaged the village before the wheels fell off, good on you! Hopefully Chase will look kindly on my self restraint over the past 2 years after going buck wild in 23/24.

That would hurt. I’ve cycled them 4 times since I learned how to get biz cards.

NNNNNOOOO!!!! Sole Pro or LLC/Corp/ETC? Also how many new Chase accounts, biz/personal, in the past 2 years?

FR
Frogger#2422059

Tried United Biz and United Personal

BE

I was declined at 4/24. Reason stated was too many accounts on my consumer credit report.

From what I have seen, the lifetime language appears to be on the business accounts only. If this is the case, these changes won’t be stopping anyone from getting a Southwest card. But it will be stopping everyone who has ever had a Southwest business account from getting a companion pass using the two card method. With the changes going on with Chase, it’s very easy to place the blame on them. But there has also been many changes at Southwest and I wouldn’t be surprised if they played a part in this decision. Many have speculated that Southwest would get rid of, or make it much harder to get the companion pass. This is the easiest way to do it.

Let’s be real, while the change impacts a large percentage of DoC audience absolute majority of Southwest fliers are not impacted by it.

How is Biz Plat “giving up”? Haha. I WISH Amex would give me something… anything…

another website is claiming the Southwest biz cards are now once in a lifetime.

So you tried this specific card as well?

I am 4/24 and can’t get approved for anything . 840 FICO , $250k income. Even rejected for personal cards. Gave up and got an Amex Biz platinum

Hopefully we can get some DP’s from people with 3/24 or 4/24. Probably won’t start coming in with volume until mid October. I can’t try w/ 4/24 until mid December. I double dipped on the BofA Rakuten cards earlier this year, really is killing me now. Wouldn’t have done it had I known this. Such is life.

Might be worth noting the new possible 3/24 rule and lifetime language as mentioned by Nate

I see 24 months using the link. Weird!!

AD
Adam#2421414

It’s wild. I’ve been checking the language multiple times per day the last two days, and it been changing. Some links have the 24 month language. Some have lifetime language. The same links I checked earlier have different language than the last time. Not sure what exactly is happening, but it sure appears that lifetime language is coming for more Chase cards. CP season is gonna be interesting this year to see how it all shakes out.

rip.. wonder if they’re not gonna offer a way to hit the companion pass requirements on a singular card this year..
