Paze launched a generous promo to get $10 back on purchases $10+, up to $100 back. The large banks behind Paze checkout include Capital One and many other big ones like Chase, BofA, etc.

Readers report that after their Discover card transitioned today from Discover.com to Capitalone.com, the card is now available on Paze. You should also see clearly the $100 promo details pop up next to the card in your Paze wallet.

I’m not sure if the Discover card would show up automatically in your Paze wallet or if you have to somehow add it manually (see F.A.Q below).

Note: Not everyone’s Discover cards have transitioned to Capitalone.com. Those people will not see their Discover card in their Paze wallet. I’m hoping mine will transition before 9/10/26 so that I can get another free $100 from the Paze promo.

F.A.Q’s

How do I add my transitioned card?

  • Click add card when logged into Paze
  • Select Capital One logo

If that doesn’t work try this, should be the same though.

Newest-first by default, because “is it still working?” matters most.

My card transitioned mid August and I still can’t get Paze to activate.

Looks like you need to check in your Discover account when your transition date to Cap1 is. On the front page below my card it says transitions on Oct 19.

Some for me, my Disc transitions later in the month, so no 100$ paze for me 🙁

Same, transitioned a few days ago but still not showing up as having any cards available. Did this get resolved for anyone further down the line?

Tried. Went to the wallet in the CapOne app and it said I don’t have any cards available for Paze even tho the Disc card is fully in the CapOne system now

August 13th and still not able to add my newly transitioned Discover to Paze. Anyone else? My only theory is that you can’t add it until after your first statement with Capital One cuts.

Discover/CapitalOne cards now has a different card number for the authorized user. However, customer service read a document that stated that only the primary card holder could register for Paze. Has any tried?

Beth Thanks. How long did the Paze credits take to post for the discover?

Interesting. I’ve gotten all my credits for my Cap1 card, but none yet for my Discover card in Cap1.

My Paze credits on Capital One accounts have been coming through on Tuesday evenings for transactions posted the prior week.

Still shows on the C1 app “You have no eligible accounts” when I switch over to the digital wallet manager in my profile.

Glad to hear you’ve been getting reimbursed. I’ve done 3x charges and none of them notate Paze in their line item info anywhere. I do have the promo showing when I check out. Hoping it goes smooth like yours has.

I had the same experience. Received the email about online access yesterday and was able to add my card to Paze today.

Update! After unsuccessfully trying to add my Discover card to Paze last week I gave up. Received an email yesterday 8/5 from Capital One saying my Discover card was “ready for online access.” Figured I would give it a go again this morning and was able to successfully add my Discover card to Paze. So I have no idea if the email was just a coincidence or I just had to wait a week or so. For anyone still having issues you may just have to wait a bit longer.

I used my Paze credits on my Discover card at Dunkin and Fanatics.

HU
Hubert#2382807

my Discover card (previously ineligible) was able to be added to Paze… but they say my phone number isn’t my phone number (for 2fa most likely) and I have to wait at most 30 days for the system to fully recognize my number as my own. EDIT: Okay nevermind, I logged in on the Paze website and my card is just there, going through the Capital One app was triggering the 2fa though.

Paze credits on my Discover It card just started coming in on my card that switched to my Capital One login 7/27.

My previously ineligible It cards were able to be added to Paze today.

Correct. Struggling to find what else to use it on…

I’m getting the same message. Has it been updated for you, or is it still not showing any eligible cards?
