Also, you can verify the code was applied by going to the Redeem coupon screen.
From desktop online banking, in the checking account section, click More🔽 > ▶️Account services > Redeem a coupon, then enter the 16-character code and press Next.
When I do so, after calling, now it shows “You’ve already redeemed this coupon.
Marking this as YMMV now.

Our Verdict
Hopefully this is similar to the Bill Pay bonus where people were able to get it added to their account. If that method works/doesn’t work let us know and we can update the post. If you don’t already have a Chase business checking account you can currently get a $500 or $750 bonus.

I did eventually get it yeah. Chase kept wiping out my Zelle tag though I think 3 or 4 times total. I kept starting over and eventually got it. They paid it out even though they deleted my Zelle tag every time and I don’t even currently have Zelle with them as a result.
James You ever have luck with this? I did 16 Zelle transfers, expecting payout today but nothing.

The latest link isn’t working on desktop or the mobile app. I’m going to send a Secure Message like I did with the other Chase offer ($250 bonus for making 5 bill pays with a Chase personal checking account) and see if that method works again.

FWIW, I enrolled my business account with Zelle tag, rather than email or phone.
I don’t need my phone number and email associated with zelle for this account. That’s all.

Are you sure? I was able to apply, opened account today Just opened the link and it opened the app and confirmed and all You can also try the alternate way going into More and Account Services as outlined in post. Or secure message them to apply to account

Gmail you can add + sign too, which is what I do for family members with Visible so I can keep up with it all on one Gmail account and create their Visible logins with the + sign (just add + and their name at the end). The dots is always interesting to me because I’ve had a Gmail account for 20 years with firstname.lastname from back when you still needed an invite. Yet, I repeatedly get email for people in Canada, Australia, and the UK with my same name. Some guy in California too who sets up riggings for Hollywood. I mean I get health stuff, financial statements, book club junk, pay stuff, job offers/contracts, etc. I always wonder if they mess up their own e-mail addresses typing them in or if Gmail somehow has a glitch and let all these people create my same e-mail lol.
I see. Thanks for explaining! One note if you use Gmail which you may not – you can add random dots into your email address and it still works. That is what I do for a lot of Zelle banks although then I have to keep track of which combination of dots corresponds to which bank

On Chase Biz, I need to use the Zelle Tag option because my phone number and primary Chase Biz account e-mail are tied up at with Zelle at other banks. The problem is some banks will ONLY let you use the phone and/or e-mail that you signed up at their bank with. Some let you use different ones. So it’s a big shuffle around task figuring out what address I can use for Zelle where lol.
Interesting thanks for sharing. Out of curiosity can you receive Zelle payments on the account without a Zelle tag?
007 – nope, and in fact, after I called them about it and they claimed they didn’t shut me down, and that there are no issues with my Zelle, etc. they instructed me to just…. create the Zelle tag again and re-enroll. However, it wouldn’t let me create the same Zelle tag (indicating my original was/is still in existence or locked up somehow?) and so I just added a “2” to the end of it and created that one. However, I did that, and they shut that one down after a couple of days – no notice, no warning, no alert, nothing. Poof, just doesn’t exist. The website and app both act like I’m not enrolled and try to enroll me as new in again Zelle. When I try to send Zelle to the second Zelle tag, I receive errors at the external bank indicating the Zelle account is restricted. Again, even though Chase claims I’m not and that they didn’t restrict or shut down my account. So, here I am now, still Zelle-less on Chase Biz.
