Monthly Fees

Early Account Termination Fee
I wasn’t able to find a fee schedule so I’m unsure if there is any EATF.
Our Verdict
Terms aren’t really clear how hold you need to hold the funds for, I’d say at minimum it’ll need to be for 90 days but again some people are reading the terms as no hold period. I suspect this will be shut down quickly and it’ll be a fight to get the bonus if they even approve many people.

Are you applying again today to have the Chex hits (assuming they already pulled?) will merge?
Could just be fact that the bureaus were frozen when I applied. I did recently move, so my ID has my old address. I feel like they would’ve just asked for proof of my current address if that played a part though.
Lol see I knew I was wasn’t tripping. I’m nearly certain it did NOT even ask me any of those questions. Jack🔗 curious if you get the same fate.
Wow you too with the citizenship and foreign diplomat questions! At first I thought it was me being tired and somehow messing up, reading you having the same experience it surely is their system mixing up their 0’s and 1’s..
No clue haha. I’ll work on the deposit and 2x direct deposits for now and then confirm. Thankfully you can contact them through secure messages once you login. Looks like either the account takes a few days to show or doesn’t for me because it wasn’t funded. I suggest funding $100 min when opening even though it is optional.
Any details on the bonus terms? Still can’t figure out the hold period because of the vague wording. Just deposit $25k within 90 days? Somehow immediately deposit $25k on day 1? Deposit $25k within 90 days AND hold for 90 days after the deposit? Or what? lol
Applied online btw. Got an approval email an hour later and got a call to verify some info. I verified the promo has been applied! The person I talked to said that only way to fund was during the online application process with a minimum of $100 or now with a direct deposit. Now sure how come since I have the account number already, we’ll see if a good old ach works. PS lol/chex, 1-2 new accounts every month the past 18 months. PPS They offer Extraco First Savings with 5% for up to $5k (seen on their landing page).

Looks risky. Opening new account is redirecting me to a different domain. workflowcloud.com
