  • Monthly ACH direct deposit into the account OR
  • $500 minimum daily ledger balance
  • $1,000 average monthly cycle ledger balance
  • $100,000 combined related aggregate ledger balance

$35 fee if closed within 90 days

Our Verdict

You can view the current rates here. Essential savings is 0.15% APY and then signature money market is 0.01% – 0.85% APY depending on the balance. You get a better return putting funds into a 5% APY account for the $1,250 and $2,500 tiers compared to this bonus whereas the $250 bonus is significantly better. We will add these bonuses to our best bank bonus page if it’s a soft pull.

$250/$10k * (12 mo / 90 days) = 10% annualized $1250/$100k * (12 mo / 90 days) = 5% annualized $2500/$250k * (12 mo / 90 days) = 4% annualized only really worth doing the smaller one unfortunately
