Update 7/9/26: Deal is back with code CCB. Valid until 8/4/26. Hat tip to snailrock

Update 4/4/26: Died for a few days but seems to be available again until June 7, 2026. Again I’d sign up ASAP to avoid missing out.

Update 4/1/26: Deal is back but hold period is now 150 days instead of 90. I still think this probably gets pulled early like last time so do it ASAP. Terms now say ‘Customer must not have an existing or prior account with Primis Bank or any of its divisions, including 316 Financial’

Avoiding Fees

Monthly Fees

Early Account Termination Fee

Our Verdict

Account also earns 4.05% APY and this is competitive with basic savings rates. Unfortunately doesn’t seem like you will be eligible if you’ve done the previous 316 financial checking bonuses. This is a division of Primis bank. I can definitely see this being pulled early so if you’re interested I’d recommend signing up ASAP. Will be added to our best bank account bonus page.

Surprisingly, I got all $20K+ back in Barclays on late evening Friday, 9/11. I unlinked all external accounts and withdrawing all funds except the $5K for this bonus.

KBO I am dealing with something similar.. Around August 20th, I pulled 16k via 316 from my WF biz checking account.. I waited a few days then closed my WF account. Then after a few days, it reversed.. WF informed that 316 initiated 2 pulls for the 16k so they reversed one of them but the other was successfully sent. I got the ACH tracking numbers and sent them to 316 and have been waiting since then.. They are so vague with their responses and they only escalate via email. I had thought about using 316 as a hub account but definitely won’t moving forward. Please update when you get your money back and i’ll do the same.

The Tiered Savings has to be opened first. Then the AARP/Select. Multiple DPs in that thread confirming success.

I thought those 2 Barclay’s bonuses were mutually exclusive?

Per the terms, “ The account must remain open and funded with at least $5,000 at the time of bonus payout, or the bonus will be forfeited.”

Opened on 3/30. Still waiting for bonus. Should payout by 9/26 so they still have a couple of weeks based on the terms…….

so if I got my 5k in there on April 10th, I can withdraw now? 153 days later? or do i have to wait 20 + 150 from opening?

Woke up this morning to two more reversals for the same amount. Now they are stealing my money. Over $12K now. My original transfer didn’t even post back to 316. They claim all reversals will be credited back to Barclays by Tuesday 9/15. We’ll see. They also claim they will pay any NSF fees and even lost interest.

KBO#2408834

PSA: 316 Financial (Primis) experienced an ACH “glitch” recently. In my case, I initiated a single transfer to Barclays that got credited twice. Correctly deducted once from 316. However, they reversed both, taking the erroneous deposit back plus the true one.

Most of the 90 day ones looked like they posted a few weeks after, not exactly at 90 days

You would be remembering the 90-day offer events… not the 150. I still got about another 28 days to go to get to 150.

rob#2403707

as I remember bonus should posted during next statement after day 150

Opened 4/5/26 No bonus as of Day 150 (9/1/26) Monthly interest has been posting on the 4th so will wait a couple more days to see if it posts before contacting support. The only way to contact them is by phone or email as I do not see a secure message or chat option in online banking. Anyone else not get the bonus on Day 150?

“…the marlow promo ended on 3/24 evening.” WRONG! The promotion (promo code ALEX) ended June 7.

PR
Prat 🔗👈#2387909

You are lucky 767 I opened it on 3/24 (around 11:30PM) under Marlow promo and did not get the bonus. The bank is telling me that the marlow promo ended on 3/24 evening. I’m unsure whether I’m the only unlucky one. Any other DPs?

SH
Shoreman#2384204

Not stupid of you at all to think that, as that would have been the logical inference. I did too. Unfortunately, it looks like it was just one big tease. What their thinking was…I haven’t a clue.

GA
Gadget 🕵️‍♂️ Bank Bonus Geek 🔗#2383963

Why would they change the terms and not enforce them? Granted, mistakes happen and they COULD pay out early, but it’s unlikely.

MA
Matt#2383792

Safe to assume everybody who opened in early April are on the 150 day timeline, not 90? I stupidly got excited it was happening any day now when I saw all those 3/24 opened / 7/6 bonus posts.
