FNBO has launched a new credit card called Complete Rewards® Visa Signature® Card. Card offers the following:
- Sign up bonus of 15,000 points after $500 in spend within the first three billing cycles
- No annual fee
- 3% FTF
- Card earns at the following rates:
- 5x points per $1 spent on travel purchases
- 3x points per $1 spent on streaming services
- 2x points per $1 spent on fuel purchases
- 1x point per $1 spent on all other purchases
- 5x points per $1 spent on travel purchases
Not sure if you can cash out at 1¢ per point as statement credit or that is just for gift card redemptions. Card would be a lot more interesting with a higher sign up bonus. We won’t be adding this to our list of the best credit card bonuses, but we will add it to the new credit cards of 2026 post.

Am I crazy or did this card get canned already?
“ 5% cashback on all gas and travel on a net total of up to $15,000 gas and travel purchases, for a total maximum cashback bonus amount of $525″
Thinking if someone is eligible for membership they might instead consider the University of Illinois Credit Union Signature Cashback as it looks like the winner here. 5% back on gas and travel and zero ftf. https://www.uoficreditunion.org/signature-cashback/ https://www.uoficreditunion.org/consumer-disclosures/uiccu-signature-cashback-application-solicitation-disclosure/ I have neither but the UofI card is on my list for down the road.
Isn’t that 4x on travel? 5x on hotel+car booked through travel center, which generally has at least 5% higher price than normal Enterprise price.
Yeah $500 limit really limits it to small travel expenses.
Cough, it does exist elsewhere, shhhh
Does anyone know if I can product change my FNBO PLATINUM EDITION Visa to this new Complete Rewards® Visa Signature® Card?
The terms and conditions define Travel very broadly. OTAs are included. Transit, parking, tolls, and other peripheral travel categories are included. Potential deal killer for some: while the text is truncated, it seems that points expire three years after being earned.
Here is the correct website with working application but it looks like you need an bank employee to complete? Complete Rewards® Signature Visa® Card
Been waiting for a 5% travel card with no annual fee. Shame about the FTF, but I suppose if you’re someone who books cash bookings you won’t pay a FTF if you use Expedia or whatever.
Apply Now button returns an error “applicationUrl”: “”, “errors”: [ { “fieldName”: “subAgent”, “errorMessages”: [ “must not be null” ] } ] }
Has any body recently gotten this card and been able to open a checking account with them OOS?
Usually travel cards don’t have FTF. US Bank AC for example.
Why? Generally, most cards without annual fee have FTF, isn’t it?
5X travel, but 3% FTF WTF?
Anyone know if online travel agents(OTA) like agoda, booking, Expedia etc count as 5x?it’s usually hit or miss But if not, and a 3% ftf kills it for me personally
I see. The SUB is bad but 5% cashback on travel seems lucrative to me
It has max 500$ limit for 5% cashback per month
Do they have 1:1 redemption for cash back or it is like AmEx?
No longer available for new sign ups.
This card has FTF which confuses me
Its not a bad card. They just note its not a great bonus, which is the list they are not including it on. It will be good for people that don’t already hold other cards with travel rewards. The only downside is it doesn’t mention any type of travel insurance/coverage included. Which might make other options better, even if you have to pay the annual fee.
custom cash maybe
If there is 5x on any travel with no fee, why is this not a good card? Is there a better no-fee card with 5x travel?
It’s actually been out for a while. Or at least for their bank co-branded partners. Weird for a travel card to have a 3% FTF.
