Did you mean the $100 signup bonus for $300/mo direct deposit offer? Both the Refer-a-Friend and SUB offer state that they may not be combined with any other offer. That said, I’ve found no positive nor negative DPs for stacking the two in either this thread or last year’s $1000 SUB thread. Sometimes things like that stack even when the terms say they will not. Given that you have already applied and been approved, perhaps give them a call letting them know you forgot to include your friend’s referral code, and see what they say. This is a smaller bank and any time I call I usually get the same CSR.
I was able to open today (48 hours after I applied online). Had to receive a call and then email social security card and proof of residency. I see a referal offer of get $50 – I assume this will NOT stack with the $300 promotion? Does anyone know?

I manually went thru their old Truth-In-Saving Disclosures using the web archive looking for “Offer may not be available…” Dec 2024 <–not there Nov 2025 <–added (maybe added even earlier) Unless I missed it, I do not see any DPs of people OOS getting the bonus after Nov 2025?
Bad news for OOS From the Truth-In-Savings Disclosure, on page 6 referencing the $100 promo: “Offer may not be available if you live outside of the Wellby Financial service area. ” (Their bolding not mine)

I wouldn’t try. Last year I tried entering my AMEX, and I was able to complete the application, but they called me later and said I had to change my funding source.
Chex is pulled. CC funding is no longer an option.
Used to work, they got rid of it though very recently.
App went pending. No option for credit card funding for me.
I am not sure. However, if you could, I would avoid funding with amex to reduce your risk of it not going thru at all. A lot of bank accounts do not accept funding with amex.

I opened late last year with Chex of 7/3 and 11/6. Funded $2001 on credit card with $0 cash back limit. Was approved. Checking now closed with savings open. Waiting for next offer with foot in door
